THE CHALLENGE

Make onboarding easier to navigate.

Employee onboarding information can quickly become fragmented across documents, departments, forms, calendars, benefits resources, and internal systems. The goal was to bring those touchpoints together in one clear, approachable experience.

THE SOLUTION

A single, guided destination.

I created a visually structured onboarding hub that combines an orientation roadmap, resource shortcuts, FAQs, calendar information, employee news, custom forms, and supporting integrations in a consistent interface.
