In your first month, you'll get fully set up on the systems that power day-to-day work at The IIA — including HQ Connect, the staff information hub, and the ADP portal for payroll and time off. Your HR rep will support direct deposit setup, and IT will help configure VPN access via SonicWall Connect Tunnel for remote and hybrid work.

Set up ADP for direct deposit and time-off requests
Configure VPN (SonicWall Connect Tunnel) for hybrid work
Create your IIA email signature in Microsoft Outlook
Bookmark HQ Connect, the IIA staff information hub
Submit any service requests through the HQ Connect ticketing system
